1. Click on 'iCoach'
   
   
2. Then click 'History' in the menu on the left
   
   
   
3. You will then see a orange box with how many bookmarked items you have, scroll down the page to where it says bookmarked items you will then see a list of videos bookmarked.
   
   
   
4. To view these videos click the play button
