- Once logged into your account click on 'iCoach' in the menu bar on the left or click iCoach link on the Academy page
- You will see more options under iCoach, click ‘History’ on the menu on the left side
- Once you have clicked history you will be directed to a page which will show any bookmarked items also which videos you have visited. This is helpful is you are pausing a video and going back to it.
On this page you can also search the videos you have previously watched, also you can change how many entry's are shown.
