1. Go to www.itf-academy.com/ and click ‘Log in’.
   
   
2. Enter your verified email address and click ‘Log in’.
   
   
3. Enter your registered email address. Click ‘Reset password’.
   
   
4. Enter your registered email address and click ‘Send verification code’. The code will be sent to your registered email address in the name of Microsoft. *Please check your junk/spam/social folder if you do not receive this in your inbox.
   
   
   
5.  Enter the code then click ‘Verify code’. *Please note that the verification code cannot contains any blank space if you are copying and paste. After entering the code, click 'Continue'
   
   
6. Enter your registered email address again and click ‘Continue’.
   
   
   
7. Enter your new password and click ‘Continue’
   
   Caution! Your password must contain:
   - At least 6 characters
   - At least one special character !@$%^&*()_{}
    - At least one number (0-9) 
   
   
8. Your password is now changed; you can log in as normal with your verified email address
   and new password.
