1. Once you have registered and verified your email address you can proceed to log in

  2. To log in you need to go to itf-academy.com

  3. Click 'Login' if not directed to the Sign-In page immediately

  4. Enter your verified email address into the required field, and click 'Log In' to proceed.

  5. Check your profile details (if asked to do so, enter exactly the same format as shown for your IPIN account), accept the Terms and Conditions followed by the finish button

  6. Enter your registered email address and click ‘Send verification code’. The code will be sent to your registered email address in the name of Microsoft. Please check your junk/spam/social folder if you do not receive this in your inbox.

  7. Enter the code then click ‘Verify code’. Please note that the verification code cannot contain any blank spaces if you are copying and pasting.

  8. Enter your new password and confirm the new password

  9. Click on 'Create' and you will go through to your ITF Academy account

  10. Once you have reset your password, you will be directed to the TennisID for future sessions
